November Full Moon

This month's full moon has a variety of names, but it is mostly known as the Beaver Moon. This is because Beavers as well as other animals are scurrying around collecting food ahead of the winter. The Tlingit name is actually known as the Scratching Moon. A very onomatopoeic name indeed! The final name I want to mention is from the Cree tribe, and it is very fitting considering our weather at the moment - The Frost Moon. 🦫🦫🦫
